    You will have time to tell us your full history. No rushing, no judgement. We want to understand what you are dealing with and how it is affecting your life.

  2. We assess

    A thorough examination including a digital posture picture, muscle and joint testing, balance checks and a neurology assessment. We look at the full picture, not just where it hurts.

  3. We explain

    After Day 1 you will get a call to book Day 2, where we walk you through our findings and your personal care plan. No pressure, just clarity.
