New patients: claim 50% off visits 1 and 2

How it works

  1. We listen

You will have time to tell us your full history. No rushing, no judgement. We want to understand what you are dealing with and how it is affecting your life.

  2. We assess

A thorough examination including a digital posture picture, muscle and joint testing, balance checks and a neurology assessment. We look at the full picture, not just where it hurts.

  3. We explain

After Day 1 you will get a call to book Day 2, where we walk you through our findings and your personal care plan. No pressure, just clarity.

Questions people ask

What is an initial consultation?

The initial consultation is two appointments, Day 1 and Day 2. Day 1 involves going through your history, followed by an in-depth digital posture picture, joint testing, muscle testing, balance testing and any other orthopaedic testing that may be needed. On Day 2, we explain what we found and recommend a plan of care.

Why do I have to have an initial consultation?

First, it is important to know what is going on in your nervous system and body. Second, we need to understand why your symptoms are there, and whether chiropractic and Anttz Family Chiropractic are the right fit for you.

Can I book a one-off adjustment?

You can, but only if you have had an initial consultation first, within a certain time frame. We need to examine you properly to see what is going on in your body and nervous system, because where you feel symptoms can be misleading. This protects you, so that nothing in your care causes you more pain or harm.

Will the adjustment hurt?

Treatment is usually painless unless an area is swollen, in which case we will adapt your care. With some techniques you may hear a click, which is just a gas bubble releasing and is perfectly normal. Some people notice temporary aches during or after care, which is also normal. If you are ever uncomfortable with a technique, just tell us.
